Region
RCN Val de Cantobre is part of the 'Parc Régional des Grands Causses' and situated close to the Gorges du Tarn. You can discover and enjoy all the natural scenery of the surrounding area in various ways, by car, bicycle, canoe or on foot. There is simply so much to do in the way of excursions and daytrips. About 15 km from the campsite, you can, for example, go shopping and enjoy a glass of wine at a pavement cafe in picturesque Millau. Here you can also admire the Viaduct de Millau: the highest bridge in the world! This impressive iron and concrete structure rests on pillars that are 343 metres high. It spans across a beautiful mountainous valley and is considered one of the most remarkable feats of civil engineering of our time.
