The Millau Viaduct
The 2,500m-long, 343 m-high Millau Viaduct across the Tarn Valley between the Causse Rouge and the Larzac Plateau has been a star attraction since it opened.
It drawing crowds who come to admire the structure from the valley floor for its graceful, airy shape designed by English architect Sir Norman Foster, or on the apron for the sweeping vistas it offers of spectacular scenery.
With it, the Midi Pyrénées region is still winning the race to capture our imaginations !
